I laughed, I cried... it became a part of me.
I can think of so many situations where it would be ultra useful to have Smitty around... though I don't think Parley sees it that way at the moment!

Status of Parley's brain: blown.
One question though: how is this more "orderly" than before?

At last, this story arc seemed to go on forever. Wow, Tom made me laugh at loud. I don't know if rolling counts as I was reading it in the bed anyway

That's the worst best power ever, Smits.

Status of Parley's brain: blown. One question though: how is this more "orderly" than before? I'm guessing that since it was a simulation the entire plot was simplified.

...Wow. That's some serious reality-warping power he's got there.

Smitty is like the opposite of Zimmy.

I feel so sorry for Parley, there she was looking for some fun and Smitty just RUINED it! XD HAHAHAHA!! Not sure how Annie fits into all this. She's probably like: "Was this the training session? All thirty seconds of it?"

Very nice but it seems like it's not the end of the chapter.. Though I wonder what it's about, if the spacemonaut adventure really was a piece of misleading. Tensions between Parley and Smith afterwards, with Annie standing to one side saying nothing? But it probably solves the problem of how to keep it from feeling like a repeat of the first Dr. Disaster chapter. (That's why I've been opposed, in the past, to a second spacemonaut story; I didn't think even Tom would be able to keep it from feeling like a rehash of the first one. It would be like doing another story about Kat falling in love with a boy who's turning into something.)

Maybe it'll turn out that it's a trap set by the Jupitor Moon Martians and the "mission complete" text'll go all "I wanna be the guy" on them and try to crush them.

I feel sorry for poor Andrew. He looked like he was really looking forward to this mission, and then his power which he can't control ruins it for everyone. So now he misses out on something he wanted to do, plus Parley's going to rage at him. It can't be fun to be Smitty.

This will be a good chapter for Parley; I can't wait to see how her character will develop.
Oh, and on a side note, I laughed the hardest I have since BAP.

And Smith was never allowed in Dr. Disaster's class again.
Although we can't see her face, I suspect Annie's thinking, "Oh dear, no more silly fake adventure, how very awful blah blah I wonder what Kat's up to?"

I dunno, I suspect that Annie's the type to recognize the potential training value of the simulator. Her only issue with the previous time in the simulator we saw was that it was banal and pointless in her eyes.

Parley's reaction is awesome.
It makes you wonder how Smitty's power is supposed to work out in a real mediation situation. "Uhhh guys we don't have a reason to fight any more since a lot of aggravating stuff sorted itself out at home unexpectedly well see ya." What else does he need to be able to do?

Could you imagine what would happen if Smitty and Zimmy ever came in contact? Well I can't so I'm just going to leave it at that.

A HOLE IN THE FABRIC OF TIME AND SPACE.
I kind of think that this isn't the end of the chapter, either. Maybe they'll get stuck in the simulation?
