Oh he's going to separate them, cool.
I'm starting to wonder if there's more to mister Arbiter and Clippy than was apparent, because they came in offering this neat solution just when being able to talk to each other via Rey is suddenly vital.

Last panel, they seem to getting separated. I'm not happy about that.
Annie(s) need to pull out that tooth and cut Loup in two already. Can't hurt the situation, and it might help.

Hmmm! After seeing that second-to-last panel, I'd be interested in seeing the Annies as a deck of playing cards' face card.
Coyote/Loup as Joker, Robot King as King, Annies is Queen, Jack is Jack... I think Kat would be Ace... It's all coming together. ;P (JK, this is breaking down as an idea as I write it...)

Pick your favourite:
"Time will pass as normal..."
"...but space will not." "...for you, but not for the Court." "...with 'normal' meaning 'according to my mood', of course."

Tony and Kat both joked about the idea of there suddenly being four Annies - but are they prepared for the possibility that just one Annie could come back from the Forest?

Annies as a deck of playing cards' face card. Very Wonderlandian I must say.

Just as well that they had some pracitce with telepathy in the previous chapter! But is it wise to make Loup aware of it at this point? I am not quite so sure. At the very least, if the Annies do in fact get separated, they may want to avoid cross-referencing their conversations.

For me it just that she's right-side-up and up-side-down and facing opposite directions, like a face card in a classic playing card set. Edit: Oh, it's the "A" on all of the cards, isn't it. I get it. I need to go to bed.

Loup: time will pass as normal Also Loup: *immediatly proceeds to move the panels - ie the comics representation of time - around* He still hasn't shown his face, is he intending to appear in two different ways to the two Annies again? I'm starting to wonder if there's more to mister Arbiter and Clippy than was apparent, because they came in offering this neat solution just when being able to talk to each other via Rey is suddenly vital. Yup, I'm still thinking the whole Kat and contract thing was just a pretext to give some new power to the Annies. With Clippy kind of looking like Mort, and a familiar being similar to a Blinker Stone, my best guess would be that the Psychopomps tried to pull the same trick as in the beginning of the comic.

Well I'm late for the joke so I'll just pick the first. They should be careful walking around somewhere where space isn't stable as even turning around might led then to slap themselves in the face, or something like that

So they'll be spending their time, in the forest town of Creep City? Just in time for Halloween! Before I realized that the page was showing them getting separated, I thought it seemed like Loup was taking distant photos of them. Deliberately separating two teenage girls in a forest, to get them alone, is pretty creepy, but at least makes narrative sense. My original thought of telephoto pics made me cringe. *shudder*

I'm going with the first. Also, calling it: Loup is going to re-fuse the two Annies together. He wouldn't have to re-fuse them. They are two separate Annies from two separate universes. He might return them to their original universes; where the local reaction is something like, "Annie! What happened? You've been in the forest for [however many] months!" Some of the panels look like playing cards, but lower right looks like an escalator to me.

Well, looks like Annie and Annie are being cycled back to their own personal timelines. Wonder where our Annie's been this whole time.

"Do you like what I've done with the place? I hired MC Escher to assist with the decor. Come, come, this way. You have to see the waterfall that loops back on itself. Yes, it's normal if your eyes start to bleed, just try not to look directly at the rune stones."

Random thought: Sharp enough to separate a god, sharp enough to separate two+ alternate universes? Tony and Kat both joked about the idea of there suddenly being four Annies - but are they prepared for the possibility that just one Annie could come back from the Forest? Given they left Rey behind just to keep in communication with both of them, I think they sort of are. Oh he's going to separate them, cool. Cool, you say? Cool?? Text didn't transmit the disdain I was trying to get across there very well.

"Will you walk into my parlor?" said the spider to the fly; "'Tis the prettiest little parlor that ever you may spy. The way into my parlor is up a winding stair, And I have many curious things to show when you are there."

Why did loup call Annie Firehead girl when he usually calls her antimony/my love?

Why did loup call Annie Firehead girl when he usually calls her antimony/my love? Because it's not Loup? @_@ Somehow Coyote got separated out from Loup and now the alternate universe Annies will get separated? Courtnie never had direct contact with Loup, except for that one message, so perhaps her version of the Annie-verse never had a Loup. (And the destruction to the Court, and all of the security zones, would be different as a result.)

Why did loup call Annie Firehead girl when he usually calls her antimony/my love? I believe that's because a) after all, he is half-Coyote (or the Coyote part has gained dominance), and this is Tom's way of reminding us about it; or b) he has evolved, devolved or underwent a metamorphosis Otherwise, this may be part of a trick or a ploy, just as when he appeared to Courtnie as Ysengrin to insist that she left.
