And at last there's Paz. I take Annie's "nothing silly like that" as confirmation that she does indeed like Jack. Either way, she clearly feels awkward around him. Pretty unremarkable. This page shows mostly what we knew would happen - that is, Tom did something entirely predictable for once

If Annie turns around and she's crying, we'll have to mull over it for a whole weekend. I hope that doesn't happen!

Also her arm is rigid. Do you even body language? Everything about her posture suggests excitement to me.

Given how Annie may feel about Jack I wonder if she'll react to Kat and Paz being together?

Hooray! Paz is here at last. And in a pretty dress. Now the three can go up on deck and have some fun.
That is one huge cruise ship!

I meant to say, if you are taking one year of students out on a trip, do you really need a ship that can hold well over a thousand people? Overkill much? No matter how we look at it, it is one sweet ship.

I remember Tom mentioning they were involved in the war effort; are they funded by the government?

They get single cabins on a school cruise? Gunnerkrigg Court is really something else...
Also, that dress makes Paz look much younger than she's been in her previous appearances.

And then Horned Rabbit Lady will appear, already turned into a smart, sensible, affectionate male boy, and will thank Annie for bringing him/her to Gunnerkrig Court.... What?! Why not? THEY ARE ON A SHIP, ANYWAYS!!!

Heheh. Annie's luggage is red and Kat's is blue. #pointingoutthelittlething Do you even body language *blush* Oh you're to forward! With some some encouragements, I sure do. Jokes! I usually try to body language my face, cuz I smile awkwardly and I don't express enough feels.

Bottom left panel – is there an ashtray on the locker? With two cigarettes in it? Is Annie (secretly) smoking, or didn't they clean the cabin before the cruise?

Alright, so we have the sitcom all set up. Wait, is Renard still back at the dorms? Noooo I was just wondering out loud, if he was in her luggage. If he's not on the cruise, the idea of her cutting the ocean with Coyote's tooth is out. I wonder why "the torn sea" - sounds somewhat ominous Etymologically, it's pretty intimidating. And current meanings: To pull by force into pieces, To flay, Ripping and rending a sunder. And not just physical things. I think the most ominous part is, what may be torn apart emotionally. Then again, maybe they run into a straight-up tear in the sea. I wonder, what could make an Etheric tear in the ocean?
