Hi folks! Sorry if the same topic already was before, but I haven't found it.
Will Tom republish back issues of comics? Maybe he agrees to to start the company on Kickstarter? I think it would collect a lot and quickly.

Tom sells copies of his book in Topatoco, and readers oftentimes will try their best to buy them through this avenue since Tom actually seems to get some money that way... but his publisher Arcadia carries copies too, as far as I know. And you can also get them off Amazon (and some people even have resorted to buying it off of other countries' Amazon sites).
Tom has (seemingly) been resistant to the idea of a Kickstarter, but I think he's mentioned doing one after having a bunch of side stories completed. They are a lot of work!
Edit: As far as Annie in the Forest is concerned, I think he said something about not re-releasing the issues, but might do a compilation or include them in the project mentioned above, at some point.

Slight correction, the publisher is Archaia. I'm assuming they have exclusive rights to publish the comic, and don't reprint often, but they DO reprint from time to time.

Hm, I see... The keyword is "try"? I had a lot of unsuccessful attempts before, and I always saw only the last book in the stock. I don't believe that Court has such a ridiculously small number of readers and fans, who wants buy this edition. But I dunno which way I can afford to buy these books. Оn Amazon, I saw only a couple of copies for $ 200-300. It's too much for me, even if I did not like Bob creativity. But I am ready to pay it if the Kickstarter the following pledge levels, for example: 25$ You will get any 1 book of the "Gunnerkigg Court" on your choice. 30$ You will get any 1 book of the "Gunnerkigg Court" on your choice signed by the author. 50$ You will get any 2 books of the "Gunnerkigg Court" on your choice. 55$ You will get any 2 books of the "Gunnerkigg Court" on your choice signed by the author. ...ta-ta-ta-ta-ta... 300$ You will get full set of all books of the "Gunnerkigg Court" (including both short stories like Annie In the Forest) signed by the author + lapel pin on your choice signed by the author . ...ta-ta-ta-ta-ta... 1000$ You will get full set of all books of the "Gunnerkigg Court" (including both short stories like Annie In the Forest Part One) signed by the author + both lapel pin on your choice + coffe break with Tom/or smth special for Kickstarter company.

Hm, I see... The keyword is "try"? I had a lot of unsuccessful attempts before, and I always saw only the last book in the stock. You could watch this forum, or at least Tom's twitter. We usually announce here when books are restocked at Topatoco I don't believe that Court has such a ridiculously small number of readers and fans, who wants buy this edition. Again, I think it's a problem with Archaia, and Tom cannot influence this. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yeah I've really wanted to get some f these n print for a while now, but have heard about some of the problems with some f the companies involved, and the tpoatoco link on the comic page is virtually always sold out.
Kickstarter or something similar would be a good place if tom wanted to go down that road, but toms not usually that vocal with his fans so not sure how it would go.

Not to burst your bubble, but...this particular reward is a bit unrealistic.

Not to burst your bubble, but...this particular reward is a bit unrealistic. Au contraire. It happened in New York yesterday.

From all reports it was a rousing success. And Tom's tweets do seem to have a bit more cheer lately, although perhaps it is simply the over-sugared American sweets he is consuming with gusto. Remember to pace yourself Tom!
