My heart swells when I see how close these two have grown. They are really not who I expected to become such close friends.
Also, this whole chapter just feels really very not good. I feel like something bad is gonna happen.

You know what, I'm going to guess that Tom is trolling us again and everything will be sunshine and smiles. The only downer is that Eglamore will drag Annie to detention at the end of the chapter.

Clearly this is what we should be expecting. On my tumblr www.tumblr.com/blog/jombreThis only took me ten minutes but once more I feel serious respect for Tom and his crazy character designs.

But, now you come to me, and you say: "Don Coyote, give me justice." But you don't ask with respect. You don't offer friendship. You don't even think to call me God Dogfather.

Hello everyone! Long time since I've posted. Glad to be back! I have to agree that something bad is bound to happen. I think the line "you smell like the court again" is slight foreshadowing.

It's a shipping quadrangle! Annie+Ysengrin now with the licking and hugging, Annie+Coyote has been in the picture ever since the skirt and spankies, Annie+reynardine has been like... duh. but also Reynardine+Coyote and Coyote+Ysengrin with everything we've been shown too.
Heck, you could probably make a Reynardine+Ysengrin argument if you really wanted to.
This chapter's awesome!

Anyone else notice that Annie is projecting herself into the ether without the blinker stone? How far she has gotten... An interesting issue (after the previous chapter) is not whether Annie can do without it (we already know she can), but whether she still have it with her. Because evidently she habitually used blinker to save time and effort, at least outside of exercises, and now she doesn't. Of course, it's possible she merely doesn't want fairies ('Grin wears crazy magical exoskeleton himself) to see her using it. Or maybe she uses the blinker, it's just left out of sight. But, now you come to me, and you say: "Don Coyote, give me justice." But you don't ask with respect. You don't offer friendship. You don't even think to call me God Dogfather. ;D :_]___

We're shipping one schoolgirl and a whole biological family tree now? You know what... That's enough internet for today...

Might as well be canon. The real question is, does the dog also have to try to kill her? Or is just being a dog just good enough that she'll forgive anything, including attempts on her life?

It seems so obvious that Coyote will be giving Annie a rude awakening that I'm going to predict that Coyote gives Annie actually useful information (for an ulterior motive, of course, such as further poisoning Annie's relationship with the court).
