[723]Interesting that a robot would speak up. I wonder what the little guy does? Also it's my 20th birthday, so happy birthday to me.

The robot has a green speech bubble, but the turtleneck lady doesn't have a colored speech bubble. Do all robots have colored speech bubbles?

I love this for some reason. Should we stop Jack's potentially dangerous plan? Heck no! Let's see what happens!

Looks like a classic crazy showdown
Jack holes up in some building screaming incoherently about fluoridated water and waving some giant ether gun at the GC SWAT team.
On a more serious note, Character bonanza! There's at least four other people and robots in the background that we haven't met yet.

So the robots' eyes were not glowing an ominous red, but rather a darkish shade of orange, which appears to be the official color of whoever these guys are.
I've been meaning to mention how brightly colored the buttons (Annie's too) have been on this and the previous, but there's always a discussion going on by the time I get here.

I love how they're like "That's nuts!" Jones responds "No, it's true." And they're just like, "Oh. Okay."
Jones is just like.. GOD or something. XD

Somehow that title brings to mind Mr Book from "Dark City" "SHUT IT DOWN! SHUT IT ALL DOWN!!"

Looks like a classic crazy showdown Jack holes up in some building screaming incoherently about fluoridated water and waving some giant ether gun at the GC SWAT team. Yeah, I don't think that would end well. Seems like it would turn out in a manner uncomfortably close to certain current eventsI love this for some reason. Should we stop Jack's potentially dangerous plan? Heck no! Let's see what happens! It's a bit like seeing that there will be a trainwreck if you don't take some corrective action, and then not taking the corrective action because you think trainwrecks are fascinating to watch. Can’t say that didn’t pop into my head. Heh, I had the same thought when Jack started flying around in the last chapter. A mid-air psychic duel between Jones and Jack might be interesting to watch. I can't help but imagine the operator lady speak using Oprah's voice for some reason. . .

I can't help but imagine the operator lady speak using Oprah's voice for some reason. . . It would explain how the Court could afford their thousands of buildings and all of there research. Not to mention the holo-deck.

The robot and the lady wear the same breast badge. (couldn't find the proper word for this, I'm talking about the orange bar with the two dots underneath)
Also: Happy Birthday Snes!

Aata has the same badge. I think all of the people in black have that.

So, what position does Jones have in the Court? Everyone her is deferring to her without question. Higher ranking than the mooks there, anyway. Or, if not officially ranked, so well respected that they TREAT her as higher ranking anyway. Admittedly if I'd just seen someone grab a handful of concrete (along with a small device of metal and plastic) and crush it with her bare hand, I'd probably go politely along with whatever she said too.

Annie could just tell them that Jack started it up in an attempt to draw Zimmy out. Whether she will, though, is another story....

I think Aata is artistically my favourite new character. I love the way his emotions are so... modified by his almost constant, beatific smiling.

I don't think it's a badge, I think it's just gold piping and buttons on their breast pocket.
Anyway, Nice to see a new character; I assume it's Margo's mom, they look alike and wear glasses. Aata's name we already knew from Formspring... which is still down by the way, I'm guessing permanently. I wonder how to pronounce Aata? I'm saying "AHH-tuh".

If his name is Telugu* you pronounce it "AH-ta". (ఆట)
"Ta" instead of "Tah" because the syllable's clipped/shorter than "tah".
*Considering how Buddha-like Aata looks, his name being Indian in origin makes sense. Also Aata can mean "dance", "game", or both. Nice name for such a jolly looking guy.

I pronounced it ay-AY-tuh, heavily slurring the two instances of 'ay' to the point where it's a single syllable, but you can still distinguish the two instances of the vowel.

Since I don't speak Telugu I wasn't sure on the pronunciation, so I was going on the equivalent letters in Arabic, which I do speak.

Minuscule and ambiguous clue to be hyperextrapolated in Panel 1, unmentioned so far. Pretty disappointed in you guys. "SHUT IT DOWN! SHUT IT ALL DOWN!!" Someone is coughing in Brazil.

Jones is just like.. GOD or something. XD That was said long ago. The question is, which one? Looks like a classic crazy showdown Jack holes up in some building screaming incoherently about fluoridated water and waving some giant ether gun at the GC SWAT team. Soylent Green? Yeah, I don't think that would end well. Seems like it would turn out in a manner uncomfortably close to certain current events I thought it's called "welfare check" now. Can’t say that didn’t pop into my head. Heh, I had the same thought when Jack started flying around in the last chapter. A mid-air psychic duel between Jones and Jack might be interesting to watch. Jones don't do it the way typical human magic users do.
