The gardener's speech bubbles are a different color in chapter 6 than in chapter 14; was this intentional?

I didn't notice Bob the snarky gardener in chapter 14...was he the one that chuckled when Reynardine made his comment about Ysengrim's ferocious gardening skills?

For the longest time, I used to think that because zimmy never slept, and had all those weird things happen to her, that she didn't have eyes anymore because they look like they've been completely fried out. She's just a creepy individual all together, but I was wondering if you could answer this. What relevance does the rain have to Zimmy? and why does it make her... sizzle?

That'll be explored later in the story.

That's good to hear, I hate bein' left hangin' and that was boggling my mind for awhile ): Also, very crafty with the latest comic :) never saw that comin' actually.

Another question, what was in the cherry's that Antimony and Kat were eating that made it so that Antimony couldn't feel her legs anymore?

Sitting on a tree branch for a couple hours makes your legs fall asleep real good.

its cause a single line of pressure [as compared to less pressure spread out evenly on a flat surface...the ground or usual sitting surface] is pushed against your thighs, all thanks to gravity. Keep that up long enough and you have blood flow trouble. Causing some bad cramps. Specially if its gonna be a couple hours.

I just might be totally wrong ofcourse.

Does whatever Rey possesses need to have a mouth for him to speak, and ears to hear??
Like, if he was to take over a simple drawing of an eye, would he still be able to listen and speak?

Well, wolf dolls can't actually talk and don't actually have ears, so I'd guess he could. But I've been wrong before (it seems like in this forum I usually am :P)

Well I mean, he has a fake mouth and fake ears. If doll eyes can work then I figure doll ears and mouth can also work.

Just as Reynardine only needs a representation of eyes to jump into (not just real eyes), representations of mouths, noses, ears or whatever can also be used by him. If he jumped into a potato, for example, he couldn't speak or hear since they don't have mouths or ears. He could probably roll around though.

hahahhaha that'd be the most ferocious spud ever :D

Is the gardener ever going to make a substantial appearance in the comic? Like aside from showing up in the one room, then being at the meeting. Like, why was the gardener even at the meeting?

If you can't answer any of those, what about this, Does the gardener have an impact further in the story?

(and apparently you can't write l-o-l without it changing your words to laughing on line.... I can't really laugh out loud because I'm in class right now, but I still would've chuckled ): )

Combining those two ideas, will the gardener be battling it out with a Renyardine-possessed spud that has invaded his garden? ;)

Not unless Tom decided it was finally time for Court to start jumping the shark.

ahem*

Do you plan to have any love interests for Annie/Kat? [or would you rather keep it confidential or vague;not answering this at all is an option too]

Also, do you plan on making GC a story about the girls lives in the school (very Harry potterish, I know), it trascends school or is the story arch shorter?

Don't know if you can answer that...

Hi Tom. I've been a fan for, urm, 2 years 'bout now :U
Have you ever thought about getting GC or something diffrent of yours officially published by a big name? I hear Tokyopops exploring diffrent not-Japanese artist and new styles of art. :shoveshovewinkwink: (There is a diffrence between asking this and the question about you getting GC printed, I swear it)

Oh and, pepsi or coke? This is a question of -very- serious matter. Don't get it wrong >:[

We will definitely be hearing more about Surma, however "soon" is subjective.

Rats! "Soon" was the operative word in that question.

Is Coyote the only serious sort of 'elder god' that will be making an appearance, or do you have plans to bring other figures out of the woodwork?

Tom, is the fact that you go with one or other Guide dictates your afterlife? I mean, do all people go to the same place eventually or they get separated?

If you mean in terms of status, Coyote is going to be the head honcho for the time being.

Everyone ends up in the same place. How you get there may vary.

....making lots of questions lately...

Tom, do Guides get paid by soul-delivered? Why they have to put such a fight over a boy, if he's just going to end in the same place anyway???

Here's one that's been on my mind, recently. I don't think anyone has mentioned it yet, so...

It's regarding Annie's make-up. In that old photograph of Surma, James et al in their younger days, Surma has pretty much the same make-up that Annie's wearing. So, my question is; considering that Annie was already made-up that way right from the start, did she already have a point of reference of how her mother looked independent of the photograph? It's quite a coincidence that mother and daughter would be made up in exactly the same way (as far as I can tell), and I believe Annie has dodged the whole make up question before, so I'm guessing this will be dealt with in due time?
