Alas! my elaborate plan involving Organic Stealth Fruit Ninjas has been set aflame!

Ah, well, that explains that then.
I be interested in seeing how Jack has grown up over summer, and it seems there will not be long to wait!

I wonder if they'll be wearing their spiffy trench coats again for this trip.

Jamming AND decoys. Nobody suggested that.

Whatever the purpose of this nighttime excursion, I hope it's worth the trouble and not just another "Look at the cool experiments going on!" affair.

I wonder what degrees Lindsey's husband has? And whether he's as congenial as she is?

I wonder how she reached the certain conclusion that that Lindsey won't know what's going on if they just move quietly.
It makes me think that they've been testing them already.
Of course, if they haven't tested them, and Lindsey rises up out of the water as they're walking by, that would be hilarious. (Lindsey reaches over to a console and taps out, "How are you doing tonight, girls?")

If Lindsey cannot see very well out of the water, then how is she so good at typing on a computer with very small keys of which she would have a hard time seeing each individual letter?

Maybe she just remember its position? P.S.: I can't wait to see what is the purpose of this nighttime "excursion".

I'm guessing she originally learned how to type with an underwater computer? The thought is quite funny

Who knows what students skulk in the heart of the Court? The Merostomatazon knows.

It's not very polite of Annie to change clothes in public. I do love how Paz is an expert on all things remotely animal-like though.

It's not very polite of Annie to change clothes in public. Probably shouldn't have laughed that hard.

I love Paz to bits and I'm sure she knows a lot more about animals than most folks. That said, I wouldn't be surprised if her merostomatozon 'best guess' isn't completely right.

Yeah. What do you bet that Lindsey realizes immediately that the kids are sneaking out but she lets them go anyway?

I see only one small problem with this plan: what when they're coming back to the dorm?

I see only one small problem with this plan: what when they're coming back to the dorm? From what Margo said, it sounds like the robots are the decoys and are going to hang out in the girls rooms until the girls return. It sounds like a workable plan, but no plan is ever 100% foolproof (it could be 99.9999% foolproof though), what if Lindsey takes a peek through the dorm windows and sees the robots? Lindsey doing that is unlikely due to privacy, but hey. The guys plan is unknown to us atm, but it could involve hacking.

Well, if Lindsey thinks the girls are robots when they leave in the evening, she'll also think they're robots when they return to the dorms. She might think that a little strange.

I was rereading the Residential chapter, and I noticed that the students really aren't as afraid of Annie as they used to be, which makes me happy. (I know they haven't been in a while, but I had forgotten about that fact.)
I'm excited to see how the guys have changed too! I hope Jack has longer hair... because then he'll be easier for me to draw.

I love how desperate to find out not knowing why they're all sneaking out how the guys are escaping their dorms makes me. A couple pages about kids sneaking out after dark should not be so suspenseful, but hey. I'm certainly not complaining.

(I know they haven't been in a while, but I had forgotten about that fact.) I don't know, they didn't seem uncomfortable around her "Power Station", which was earlier. Note that in "Residential" they had to directly ask her for something, whereas in "Power Station" and now, she's just that girl who's around Kat, who is providing what's needed for the "escape" plan.

We don't even know what they are doing and there is nothing to indicate that they need her etheric abilities for anything in the plan.
