The two of them are seriously going to have to figure out a way to stop the, ah, spontaneity of their powers.
Good thing she was just sitting on the couch, not in the shower or something.

Who here's predicting Parley will have to teleport down and rescue Annie?

And here I thought Tom was gonna go all serious business on us again! xD
Yeah, I guess there's still a few details to work out about that teleportation business, too. Like elevation from ground level.

You figure it was accidental?

You figure it was accidental? Do you think she planned on teleporting to the front steps for no real reason? How could she have known Annie, Kat and Andrew were out there?

You figure it was accidental? I figure that it's a combination of their powers. She teleports chaotically, he causes chaotic things to have order. Therefore if he thinks he wants to see her, *poof* she appears. It's rather romantic, actually.

Yeah, I figure Parley was probably thinking about Smitty. Smitty was about to say "I'm gonna go see if Parley will talk to me yet" (or something about her) and whammo. Parley, teleported to Smitty, with popcorn in hand.

Do you think she planned on teleporting to the front steps for no real reason? How could she have known Annie, Kat and Andrew were out there? Well she might of known Andrew was heading out there and wanted to meet up with him. But yeah, now I am wondering, was entire act of teleporting a mistake, or just the elevation? I figure that it's a combination of their powers. She teleports chaotically, he causes chaotic things to have order. Therefore if he thinks he wants to see her, *poof* she appears. I would have thought that Andrew's power would have caused her to land perfectly on the step if that were the case; it's usually pretty precise.

This comic makes me consider that George's power was also involved in retrieving the sceptre. Smitty's other demonstrations all involved objects in motion, and the sceptre appearing out of nowhere always seemed a bit odd to me...but if he 'organized' Parley's power to pop it there, it makes a lot more sense to me.
...it also just dropped on the ground near him.

I kinda figured that maybe she knew Kat and Annie were out doin something near the steps and thought to just pop in for the show. and then screwed up her alignment with the steps and dropped on her butt. I could be wrong. normally with this comic im glad when i am.

In the case of the sceptre, I had always taken it to have been just what Dr. Disaster said it was: a glitch in the holo-system (induced by Andrew's ability) that caused the sceptre to be relocated.
In the current case though, the teleportation is a manifestation of Parley's ability, not Andrew's... his role was simply to cause her ability to be triggered by thinking about seeing her. That might explain the Parley-esque inaccuracy of her landing.

I'm fairly confident that Parley knows that Andrew caused it to happen, because that would explain Tom's comment under the page (that someone was about to get it).

What exactly is she wearing? A sweater-dress, a miniskirt, leggings, flats, and either a spaghetti tank or just her bra strap showing. Edit: And a belt.

Yeah, but Parley always likes a good excuse to cuddleroughhouse with Andrew. She might be about to blame Andrew to cover up her own embarrassment. EDIT: Or maybe Tom's referring to Kat's reaction in the first panel.

Kat says there is nothing to worry about. There is clearly something to worry about, since Annie can not come back. But given the abilities of Andrew: to create order where there is none , Andrew is unwillingly fixing it.

Argh! Now I have to wait the whole weekend to find out what's going on with Annie and Jeanne! Maybe longer! I mean, Parley and Andrew are great, but augh, the suspense is killing me!

I'd say it's not obvious whether or not the black stripe is a black mini-skirt, or a trim on the 80s-esque sweater-dress, but otherwise, this. Of course the original question could be a rhetocial question iplying the poster did not approve which we are answering literally, but hey, it's the internet, and you should expect that kind of thing.

Haha, that was unexpected.
I noticed this : Smith says "If you don't need me anymore I'm gonna~", and bip, instant Parley, which I think means they *will* need him more, and his order creation ability called Parley just to keep him here a bit longer. And maybe she will be useful too. If I am right, it means Smith's power is really double super awesome.
Also, watch out for Kat playing the couple fixing faery!
