I almost laughed out loud when Bobby called Kat "Angel". Obviously she's not used to her nickname yet! ;D

I figured it was the shop - she should know better than to leave Robot trapped in that immobile body until the next time she makes it back there.

I'm going to bet on the long shot and say she's off to have what TVtropes, in a rare moment of lucidity, would call an important haircut.

I wonder how Annie will take the news of Court doing animal testing. I assume she’s a bit more hardened to such things, having grown up in a hospital and all. Also keep wondering what her detentions are like. Does she just sit in a room doing nothing? Or will GC have her work for the school or something. What do people usually do for detentions in UK schools anyway? In my school you had to help out with some club or at some event if you messed up. Mandatory Volunteering we called it.

It'll make it easier to meet Muut, if she ever needs to again. No need to kill an ant if you can just wait around for the mouse psychopomp . . ..

I wish I could have gone to your school. At my beloved Alma Mater the most minor detention in the halls resulted in "boiler duty", which, predictably enough, involved entering the nigh-on century old room that housed the long since defunct boilers and cleaning in any way possible. There were spiders the size of saucers, I swear to god. Anywaaaaay, I hope with that whole thing under her belt Kat can get back to being her normal creative mechanical genius self.

I know the panel you're talking about but I wonder if there are different degrees of punishment at the court. Also I think that time Eglamore was going pretty easy on Annie. I wonder if Jones gave her a different sort of punishment because she recognizes that solitary confinement is not much for Antimony.
Yikes that's rough

Depending on the school, detention may be defined by the person assigning it. If Jones has a say, Annie may be experiencing something different from the last time. For good or ill.

Perhaps it does change, but we've been given no hint that it is anything more interesting then solitary confinement.
